“You had better watch you-” Eve took in a large breath. “Tartarus seems nearer and nearer Ariande Io Bradley”
Ari chuckled. “I’m sorry, mother…” She spoke. “I didn’t mean to press your buttons,” She chuckled once again. “But seriously… you and Dad need to just fuck and get it over with. It’ll solve a lot of problems between you two…”
She eyed her daughter in silence for only a moment or two before pushing off of the large throne like seat. “Ari. You will respect me. And Your Father. Do you Understand me?” Her hand went up to grip her daughter’s shoulders. “And these are Matters you WILL Stay out of. Do I make myself Clear?”
There were so many things Ari wanted to say to her mother at the moment. So many things she knew that would hurt her feelings. But they would no doubt land her in Tartarus as well. She decided against speaking her mind. “Crystal.”

She paused. “Ari-It’s complicated” She said looking down.
Ari lifted her eyes up to look upon her mother again. “‘It’s complicated,’ she says…” There was a slight harshness to the tone of her voice. She then sighed softly, falling silent. Without a word further, she moved forward and pulled her into a hug, happy to see her once again.
